Dogwood Pass is a wonderful place to spend the day and go back in time. You can see what life was like in a more simple time. It is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy a day visiting with lawmen, bad guys and townspeople. It is a great place for adults and children and you couldn't hope to find nicer people anywhere.
So I hope to continue being a part of not just a Western Town but also apart of a great Family !!
Much love ❤️
It was a nice motorcycle ride from the Columbus area. There were plenty of people who rode there and lots of families.
Dogwood Pass is the best place that I have ever visited .The people there are above and beyond great . The Shows and Shops are remarkable. Also I'm proud to say that I work there when I'm needed .. I have recommend this awesome Old Western Town to everyone that I know friends and family and in every state. The members there are very respectable.
Dogwood Pass is like a classic roadside attraction. It's a little campy but a lot of fun. Plan to spend a few hours wandering and catching shows. There are little activities to do with kids like pony rides and gem mining. There's also plenty of ambience to entertain adults without children.
I can't believe I have lived in Ohio all of my life and I have not heard of this place until today. The buildings were built to look like an old cowboy era town with a saloon, jail, bathhouse, and about 25 more buildings. The food was very good and inexpensive. Plenty of options to drink (soft drink) and all for only a dollar. I had a large portion of beans and cornbread and it was only $3 and was plenty to eat. The cheeseburgers looked good and they were only $4 for a deluxe. The wild west shows were very entertaining and all of the actors and employees were always in character and very friendly. Pigs, horses, parakeets, and other animals to pet.
There are also Craftsmen there sometimes, who will show you you how they make ceramic mugs, spin wool and some of the things you can do with that wool once it is spun. They have a dress maker and sweet shop, there is a gift store and a gun store. There is a shooting gallery and gypsies, mining for gold and gems and a real saloon where you cannot buy alcohol, but the best sarsaparilla anywhere. It is a must do for anyone who loves to relax and enjoy fun and the outdoors.
So Thank You Dogwood Pass
Our family visited today and it was one of the coolest experiences. The kids loved all the reenactments and so did I!! The Roy Rogers Museum was very interesting and filled with so much history. Everyone we came across was so nice and friendly. The kids thought "Johnny Ringo" was awesome, he shot their quarters as a souvenir. We will definitely be back!! The craftsmanship is amazing. Thank you so much for allowing us the opportunity to share a time with all of you!! God bless!!
